ECO beam (IBG)
Сonstructively, the beams consist of upper and lower shelves and walls connected with glue on a double toothed spike. The cross-section of the beams is shown in the figures.
The shelves of the beams are made of softwood not lower than 2 grades: fir, pine. It is allowed to use shelves, made of solid wood, and glued along the length on toothed adhesive joints (mini spikes) with a length of 11-22 mm according to GOST (State standard) 19414. Other toothed adhesive joints are allowed in case they provide the required strength.

ECO beams are these with walls made of FSF plywood with 24 mm thickness, responding to the physical and mechanical characteristics according to GOST 3916.1 or GOST 3916.2. The walls of the beams are made of plywood of increased water resistance of the FSF brand (veneer glued with phenol-formaldehyde resins) with outer layers of birch veneer grade not lower than 2 according to GOST 3916.1 or GOST 3916.2. It is allowed to include in as an internal filler of a layer of moisture-resistant CB (chipboard) with 12-16mm thickness with swelling requirements not lower than P5, with a density not lower than 660 kg/m3. For gluing elements of beams and shelves of beams with walls KIILTO Kestokol D 4000 PVA glue of increased water resistance is used, responding to the requirements of GOST 33122. The beam is painted with water-dispersion, acrylic paints. The ends of the beams are treated with varnish. Beams can be equipped with polymer end caps at the request of the customer to improve their performance.

The length of the beams responds to the order. At the request of the customer the beams can be made of any length, but not more than 6 m.
